Just a few days ago, the public was treated to the below whataboutery from The Journal’s Eimer McAuley on Virgin TV after the City West riots. Those riots occurred in the aftermath of a situation where a failed asylum seeker who had been issued a deportation order was still running around City West willy–nilly and was then arrested for the alleged assault of a 10 year old girl.
As surely as night follows day McAuley asked “are we going to have a conversation, on the level that you are about deportations here, about the crisis of male violence against women in this country?“
Sure, let’s do that.
You want to increase sentences for offences against women and girls, that will get my vote. However, if I’ve said it once I’ve said it a thousand times: We are stuck with the native rapists, we can’t deport them. But importing other men from other countries that have even higher levels of male violence against women than Ireland is clearly an idiotic thing to do. It’s also evil.
So why do they do it or go along with it and pump out the whataboutery? I believe they say they do it because they believe that ‘diversity is our strength.’
This clown-town thinking is not confined to Ireland, and Irish people who believe that it is should realise that they share a struggle with sensible people right across the western world.
Take Britain, for example. Someone, somewhere decided to make Fraser Nelson – onetime editor of the Spectator when that magazine could have been opposing this agenda but didn’t – the acceptable face of British conservatism and I’m 100% sure everything started to go tits up from that point. Ever since, he has annoyed all the other conservatives with his hot takes and clever clog arguments that on close inspection are devoid of both logic and morality.
You may remember Fraser Nelson from when he said Britain had experienced an ‘integration miracle.’ This revelation was based on the fact that some Muslim footballer took to social media wearing Christmas jim–jams. I’m not kidding.
Mr Nelson now writes for the Times, not the Telegraph but he is still trolling conservatives. A few days ago he tweeted,
“In Oldham and Rochdale, it was grooming gangs of mainly Pakistani heritage.
In Blackpool, white men acting alone.
In Glasgow, drug addicts.
Same evil, different faces. An inquiry cannot confine itself to only one aspect of this scourge.”
This was in reference to the public inquiry Prime Minister Starmer was forced to order and which is now losing the support of victims. Nelson wants it burdened with all sorts of criminality to dilute the truth of the Pakistani Muslim rape gangs preying on almost exclusively working class white girls. If the truth did come out at the public inquiry then that might mean that Britain did not in fact experience an ‘integration miracle’ and Nelson would be exposed as the fools that he is.
Nelson linked to his clever clogs piece. He does this to annoy us, I’m convinced. He trolls the right harder than anyone on the left could dream of.
What an amazing take! There are white men that also commit serious sexual crimes against women and girls. Drug addicts in Glasgow also dabble is some rape. Well blow me down with a feather, tickle me pink and smack me on the bum. This is totally new information! Next you’ll be telling me that Victorian London was full of brothels stuffed to the gills with exploited women forced into prostitution. Who would have thought!?
There is nothing new with pointing out that the natives of either Britain or indeed Ireland commit crime. I do remember crime existing before they opened the borders. The differences especially with Rotherham are twofold: First it is true that yes we have our own rapists and child abusers. It does not follow that we should import more rapists and child abusers from misogynistic cultures and countries that are a known risk to women and girls.
Second, there was a cover–up in Rotherham and other British towns starting with the social workers, the police and all the way to the government that didn’t want to point out that Muslim men of Pakistani heritage are not actually the fabulous addition to British culture they would have us believe. They did not want to highlight that a minority of foreign men like to rape, abuse and traffic women and girls around the north England. I have written about their crimes, in detail on Substack and previously at TCW.
This would be a bit like me in response to the sex abuse scandal that rocked the Catholic Church saying, well most abuse is actually carried out in the family home. Sure, but the problem with the Catholic Church abuse scandal is that the priests exploited their unique position of trust and power, it was facilitated by the hierarchy moving abusive priests around parishes and there was a cover–up. This is very different to drug dealers doing what drug dealers do – dealing in drugs and other associated crimes such as prostitution or abuse.
What’s the alternative? In Britain if the Conservatives – for they were the ones in power – admitted to themselves to what they had done to the country it would cause a total psychological mental breakdown. They let this happen.
Instead, they believe their vision of a multi-culty Britain (or Ireland) is a better vision of an Ireland mainly of British and Irish people, with some other people who come here on our terms and integrate. That’s why we are where we are. We are living in the progressive fantasy. How much do you like it?
