A high school in Ontario Canada has come to attention as images of a biologically male teacher wearing enormous prosthetic breasts to school have gone viral.
The Manufacturing Technology teacher who is known as Kayla Lemieux was photographed and videoed wearing the giant prosthesis and a long blonde wig while teaching a class of what appear to be teenage boys at Oakville Trafalgar High School.

The Halton District School Board have issued a statement saying it is “personal matter” despite growing criticism of the teacher’s actions.
The Toronto Sun reports school board chair Margot Shuttleworth saying that they were standing behind the teacher in the name of protecting “gender rights” adding “that they were “creating a safety plan” for both the teacher and in anticipation of protests.”

The paper reports that when it asked the school board for comment about the controversial teacher it received a statement saying, “The HDSB recognizes the rights of students, staff, parents/guardians and community members to equitable treatment without discrimination based upon gender identity and gender expression.
It continues, “Gender identity and gender expression are protected grounds under the Ontario Human Rights Code.,” concluding “As this is a personnel matter, we cannot provide further information.”
