A letter sent to An Bord Pleanála in 2018 and seen by Gript reveals that Minister Darragh O’Brien objected to a “key” €500 million wastewater treatment plant in his capacity as a TD, a project he now ultimately has responsibility for in his role as Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
