A Dublin man, who was previously featured as a missing teenager, has been sent forward for trial on indictment at the Circuit Criminal Court.
Clinton D’Arcy (23) of Gardiner Street Lower, Dublin is facing two charges related to possession of stolen property and a brawl type confrontation which is alleged to have taken place in Dublin city centre.
Appearing before Judge Michele Finan at Dublin District Court yesterday, D’Arcy was served with the book of evidence.
He faces a charge of having in his possession an item of stolen property namely a Skypeak backpack being the property of another person.
The accused is also facing a charge of using or threatening to use unlawful violence contrary to Section 15 of the Public Order Act 1997 in relation to an alleged incident which took place in the area of Bachelor’s Walk, Dublin 1 on the 19 of September 2020.
This incident is alleged to have involved another male and two females.
He is to stand trial before the Circuit Criminal Court on the 7th of November next.
