Enoch Burke is being sent back to Mountjoy Prison after Judge Brian Cregan found him to be in contempt of court after Burke, who was arrested this morning outside Wilson’s Hospital School, was held to have breached an order forbidding him from attending at the premises.
After being arrested this morning, Burke, was brought before the High Court where he was supported in court by his father, Sean and brother, Issac.
Before his arrest, inside court 2, Burke said that he found himself in an “astonishing situation” where he claimed that that “one thing is being broadcast to the nation” while “another thing is written in an affidavit”.
Judge Cregan said that he was “satisfied that he has again trespassed” at the school in “flagrant breach of the court order” and is “yet again in contempt of court,”.
The court ordered that Burke be produced by video link tomorrow at 2pm where Judge Cregan will deliver his judgment on today’s proceedings.
As several members of An Garda Síochána approached Burke within the court, his father was heard asking,
“What about the lies?”
