A number of dart stations across the country will be closed this Bank Holiday weekend for scheduled works.
From Saturday 31st January through to Bank Holiday Monday (2nd February), there will be no train services between Connolly/Howth and Connolly/Drogheda due to engineering works. Services will operate between Connolly and Bray/Greystones only.
There will be no DART service between Connolly and Malahide/Howth this weekend, and DART services will operate between Connolly and Bray / Greystones only.
Which DART stations are closed?
The following DART stations will be closed: Malahide, Portmarnock, Clongriffin, Howth, Sutton, Bayside, Howth Junction and Donaghmede, Kilbarrack, Raheny, Harmonstown, Killester and Clontarf Road.
Dublin Bus will accept valid rail tickets for travel within the affected area.
On both Sunday and Monday, bus transfers will operate on the Cork mainline due to engineering works on the tracks.
In Tralee, bus services will operate over the course of the weekend. Bus transfers will be in place between Portarlington and Athlone because of engineering works.
Over the long weekend, bus transfers will also be in place on the Dublin to Galway line and the Dublin to Westport line between Dublin Heuston and Athlone. Over the long weekend, trains will operate as normal between Athlone to Galway and to Westport.
There have been changes to train times between Dublin and Athlone.
