A Ukrainian woman who flew back and forth from Poland to Ireland on Ryanair to collect social welfare she was not entitled to has been jailed for 10 months.
The Circuit Criminal Court heard that Tetiana Stakhiv (51), of an unknown address, flew to Dublin about every fortnight to collect jobseeker’s allowance payments and defrauded the State of €9,103.10.
