For my sins I recently found myself watching the Virgin’s Tonight Show, and was treated to the commentary of political correspondent Ciara O’Loughlin, who said that those who speak about immigration the most are not necessarily the majority opinion.
Innocuous enough, but she then proceeded to say how she was concerned that new, ever-so-slightly-stricter migration rules are “giving in” to such voices.
