A High Court judge has allowed Belfast rap trio Kneecap to serve defamation proceedings on Canadian MP Vince Gasparro, who is accused of branding them terrorist sympathisers and anti-Jewish, and also granted an injunction restraining any further publication of the claims in Ireland.
Rap group Kneecap have been given permission by the High Court to sue Canadian MP Vince Gasparro over statements he allegedly made accusing them of supporting terrorism and targeting the Jewish community.
