The High Court has endorsed an arrest warrant issued by the Westminster Magistrates’ Court for a man wanted in connection with invoice redirect fraud of just under $23,000,000.
Mr Justice Cian Ferriter heard that An Garda Síochána were seeking to endorse the UK warrant so that it is enforceable in this jurisdiction to arrest the accused, a 39-year-old Nigerian man who is currently in Ireland.
