The father of Grace Lynch has criticised the government’s newly announced Garda pursuit training following the weekend’s fatal M9 collision, warning that the measure is “probably too little too late for families, including my own”.
In an interview with Gript, Martin Lynch said his family had been raising the need for driver pursuit training for several months following the death of his 16-year-old daughter Grace, who was fatally struck by a scrambler motorbike in Finglas earlier this year.
