The European Union is to fine Ireland for allegedly “failing” to sufficiently obey one of its edicts regarding cybersecurity.
Brussels has referred Ireland, alongside France, the Netherlands and Spain, to the European Court of Justice for alleged non-compliance regarding its NIS2 digital directive.
