A serial offender who was high on pills convinced security at a top financial institution that he was “a plumber” during an early morning rampage, a court has heard.
Patrick Lynch (51) of Rosemount Place, Dundrum, County Dublin, pleaded guilty to burglary and criminal damage at the Ernst & Young building on Harcourt Street, Dublin 2 on the 8th of February 2025.
