The European Union could use artificial intelligence to manipulate its citizens into supporting its green agenda efforts, an in-house study has found.
A report published by the European Environment Agency (EEA) this month warns that while AI must be preemptively regulated to prevent it from harming the bloc’s green goals, the tech could also be used to “nudge” individual Europeans into working towards them.
