A former care worker, who kicked a 49-year-old grandmother in the knee over children’s glasses, took two trial dates before eventually pleading guilty to assault causing harm.
Tanita Delaney (35) of Newtown Drive, Airfield, Dublin 13, appeared before the Circuit Criminal Court before Judge Orla Crowe this afternoon.
