A Polish man, who was jailed for possession of amphetamine, threatened to kill a Garda at Dublin Airport while attempting to leave the jurisdiction, a court has heard.
Robert Filipuk (44) of Bancroft Park, Newry was charged with two counts of having breached section 19.1A of the Criminal Justice (Public Order Act) 1994 for assaulting a police officer, and Section 19.3 of the same act for resisting a lawful arrest.
