A Dublin father, who was previously jailed for his role in a “vicious” assault on US tourists, has been found guilty of criminal damage and resisting arrest.
Richard Fish (36) of St. Anthony’s Road Rialto, who also has an address on Bolton Street, Dublin, complained that a Garda got “physical” with him during an arrest on the 19th of March 2025.
