A man has appeared before Dublin District Court after Gardaí allege he was “caught red handed” breaking into a “boarded up” house owned by Fingal County Council.
Mantas Vengercevas (27), who has an address at Castle Mills Balbriggan, appeared before Judge John Brennan this morning charged with possession of a flick knife contrary to Section 9.1 of the Firearms and Offences Weapons Act and burglary contrary to Section 12 of the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Act) 2001.
