The national broadcaster is advertising a contract worth €530,000 for the provision of a number of 4×4 vehicles.
RTÉ, on the Government procurement platform eTenders, has posted a Call for Tenders on behalf of its broadcasting network subsidiary, 2RN, which it says is seeking submissions from suitably qualified tenderers for the provision of a number of 4×4 vehicles.
“2RN invites submissions, from suitably qualified Tenderers for the supply and delivery of up to three (3) 4×4 Vehicles in 2025 and the option of an additional three (3) 4×4 Vehicles in 2026. And up to two (2) Large Vans in 2025 and the option of an additional two (2) Large Vans in 2026,” the tender description reads.

The estimated value of the contract, which is of unknown duration, is €530,000, excluding VAT.
It’s also unclear whether the figure of €530,000 applies to the minimum provision set out within the contract, of three 4×4 vehicles and two large vans in 2025, or to the expanded scope of the contract, which sees an additional three 4×4 vehicles and two large vans supplied in 2026.
