What’s not to like? Why the frustration? Because Dragon Age: The Veilguard appears to be a picture-perfect example of an alternate reality created in the progressive liberal’s image, with all of the awkwardness and contradiction that entails. Want the freedom to make a trans or non-binary character? Sure, have it. Want the freedom to be rude to the other characters around you? That’s a bridge too far, buddy.
