The German government has promised to speed up deportations of non-nationals involved in criminality as the rate of violent and theft related crimes in the country rise.
It was reported that the country has experienced an overall 5.5% rise in crime in 2023 with a 13.5% increase in the number of suspects from foreign backgrounds.
